Bayern Munich 2020-21 Jersey

The look was created by adidas , a longtime partner of the club, and follows the mandate that fans made a couple of years ago with protests in the stands: that the starting kit only have red and white as official colors.

Specifically, we see two shades of red (Bayern True Red, according to adidas' description), displayed through subtle vertical stripes. White, meanwhile, is reserved for the trims on the collar and cuffs, sponsors and the triple stripe of the German sports brand on the sides of the jersey.

As is customary, at the top of the back, the famous phrase Mia san mia (We are us) stands out, which identifies the multi-time German champions.

Bayern Munich 2020-21 Away Kit

According to its sponsor adidas, the design is inspired by the treble achieved by the club in the 2012-13 chapter of its illustrious history.

Specifically, this manifests itself with a fairly minimalist look. Its base is an opaque white that contrasts with the smile-in-commercial-toothpaste-white that adorns the cuffs, collar and adidas straps that adorn the sides of the kit.

The sleeves add a touch of a gray so light that it is sometimes not visible under certain lighting conditions. Finally, an attractive shade of red (so the official description says) gives it the necessary pop of color. We see this in the sponsors' logo, as well as in the monochrome version of the Bayern crest on the chest and their slogan "Mia San Mia" (We are us) on the top of the back.

Bayern Munich 2020-21 Third Kit

Adidas's new work for the multi-time German champion has an expressive motif on the torso, which is inspired by the Allianz Arena.

The base of the shirt is black and on it are displayed tonal diamonds in red, painted by hand, paying tribute to the outside of the stadium when it is illuminated. The rauten (rhombus) pattern is a classic in Bavarian culture and is even at the heart of Bayern, adorning their crest.

Speaking of the badge, it turns completely white, the same color we see on the sponsors and the triple adidas stripe on the shoulders.

The back of the Bayern shirt is black, without diamonds, and only allows the use of white for the numbering and the famous motto of the institution: Mia San Mia (We are us).
